 United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS), one of the European leaders in the field of electronics, has released a new wideband medium power amplifier - CHA3398-QDG. It is made in the form of GaAs monolithic microwave IC.
The amplifier is implemented according to the four stage scheme. The new model has high gain and very low power consumption. The amplifier is made in SMD leadless package.
